lately its been all over the map, but the best practices i have found for my body rhythm is as follows....

#1 Not getting black out drunk the night before(or smoking myself retarted for that matter... good herbs have a hangover thats like waking up in a cloud)

#2 Throw iPhone into wake-up mode i.e. turn off web connection and just play "wake-up-to-bake-up" playlist

#3 go downstairs and make espresso/french press

#4 start to smoke LARGE bowl or spliff while coffee is brewing

#5 pound coffee while ingesting my "post wake and bake" cigarette's

#6 run inside and grab most recent copy of ComputerArts/Wired/MorningNewsPa... and head for the porcelain goddess before its too late..... this step could take 10-90minutes depending on the day before's menu

#7 Sit down at desk feeling 1-100lbs lighter, caffeinated, stoned and ready to sign on to gmail, qbn, tweetdeck, skype, google reader and get the "bullshit" out of the way.

#8 go for bike ride after ideas start brewing in the dome and go be one with the outdoors while i have an inner monologue about what dreams i had last night could actually be turned into viable products/sites/packages/identiti... all the while cranking iPhone at full blast ignoring all traffic and riding thru the streets like im the only idiot left in this god forsaken world

#9 finally sit at the desk ready to work, heart rate has now hit peak productivity mode(higher heart rate helps you work, your senses are hightened and your brain is actually enlarged b/c of extra blood flow)

#10 go to sleep b/c its most likely 5am the next morning and i never got past #7

    • #11 cry myself to sleep becaus e i'm a douche :) (njk)GeorgesII
