Their tech support has been great. There has been a little downtime.
They did shut my websites down because I had too much stuff stored there. I missed the warning email and was shocked to wake up and find all my sites were down.
I love the 100gigs, but wish I could just pay a little more for more space. You can't, though, and have to pay for a new account.
All in all they are good and I'll stick with them.
