If you rely on generic terms and generic keywords I think your site will always be subject to creeping page-ranks. Especially since so many similar companies are going to be employing legions of SEO people to artificially shape the results.
Find yourself a small niche which suits an (original) product, and you won't be carried along by the tide. It's quality not quantity that's important - and it's important to stand out.
