  Also, at a place I used to work at – we would bust our balls to finish stuff for a deadline at 7 / 8pm. When this was done, the creative director used to call us in to the office and then start talking about a new brief and want to have a discussion about it.

  Good idea that – creative meeting when everyone's brain is MUSH.
