or the Thalys, high-speed, but more expensive.
i'd take the regular train, cheap and it's only 30 miles anyway!
oh yes, the main station is being transformed into an a restored classic wonder with a hypermodern interior.. which means you might have to change trains in Berchem, from there you will find a couple of trains to Antwerp Central (which is only one stop away..).
