    I've been really considering getting into this lately, I've read too many things recently that describe the benefits of it as things I think I'd do well with.

    Do you have to go to a class to get the most out of it, or is it something you can do at home after reading some info about it?
    Home might not be the best place, too many potential distractions: cat meowing, firewall alarm going off, highway noise, roommate noise, etc.

    I need something to make me mentally slow down, something akin to putting an end to pressing Refresh on NT no less than 200 times from 8:30-5:30.

    Advice?
