    Honest question for you folks who harbor enormous doubt as to just the effectiveness of universal health care in the US:
    Who is that you actually envision while thinking that through? Is it some bungling faceless arm of the government? Why is it just "the government" to you?
    Doesn't it seem more likely that since health care as an industry requires a lot of people, and in many cases experienced people, that these roles would be populated by people with lots of experience in health care already? Maybe people who, say, worked for Oxford, Blue Cross, Aetna, and so on?
    And if that is still a problem for you, why would you want to keep the current model in place anyhow?
