lol at smoking comment. gasp. someone did something real?
the photos were all staged underwater. 2 images stitched together at water level, but that's understandable if you know how many frames have to be shot to get an ad-worthy action photo. and of course you wouldn't stage a shoot in a wave's impact zone.
