I asked some architects at our company (we do web sites for law firms, along with other web based technology systems for law marketing) when we'd be approaching site builds in terms of needing to use HTML5.
They said that until we show stats that at least 6% of businesses going to our client sites are on HTML5 capable browsers, it won't even be a concern.
