  Can be tricky. It also has to do with the way the "line types" are in autocad otherwise you will crappy line segments in anything with a radius. I am fluent in Autocad and use to export frame by frame 3d way before Swift 3D existed.

  Tell them to purge the file, export as Autocad 2000 file and to hide before exporting if I remember correctly. They need to also set the line type to like 1 or 1000. I think one of those will smooth out any and all ovals for export.
