    It does make you more susceptible to getting sick, sure - for one thing, your blood carbon monoxide is higher, you're more sedentary, don't sleep properly, do less exercise.
    Nothing against it all, but I did it for years and years and years and now I don't have any interest in it, and am happier not doing it. If you enjoy it, do it, if you find yourself 'noticing' you're getting sick, pack it in for a bit. Easier said than done.

    • this really depends on the person. I smoke every day, I also cycle 10+ miles a day and sleep like a babyacescence
