    I do it as part of P90X's program. Hard as shit. The hardest workout in the program, and the program is extremely difficult (* you need to be in really good shape to do program). Maybe that's why they call it Yoga X. Not sure if all yoga is like this though. I'm pouring sweat when I'm done with it. Love it though. Downward dog yo.
