May I suggest you start a new thread on this, or just get a Lumix. They're decent cameras with a good leica lens. I have a DMC-FX12 and its good but the flash is far too harsh, always have to reduce the exposure to compensate. Anyway its better than the Fuji Fine Pix it replaced which had some problems with detail in shadows.
