I thought I'd share:
The other day on the bus I was talking to the guy sitting across from me, since he had just arrived in LA and didn't know the stops. I asked where he was from and he said Kentucky, and then I mentioned that I just got here too and such. There was a girl sitting right there as well, and she said that she was from Philadelphia and had hitchhiked here a while ago and was living in a squat with another guy and girl on the bus. She asked how old we were, the guy I was talking to was 18, she said she was 23, and another kid was around 16 was just saying how he had been robbed of his quaaludes earlier in the week (I am under the impression that he grew up/lives nearby). There is no point to any of this, but hell if it wasn't the best, weirdest, and most coincidental conversation with strangers I've had in a long time.
