Sitting here in my car, post hockey. Sweaty and exhausted, incredulous at how many bad things can happen in a day. Don't want to sit here, don't want to go home. I need to take my own advice to suck it up and deal with reality. This too will pass but I'm more afraid of where it all will lead. No likely outcome is pleasant.
I'm finding myself a bit hungry and may go find a snack.
