Its an old brewery, now it housed artists living a working there. The place is amazing, you're walking door to door into their homes/studios seeing their artwork, buying artworks, drinking and eating. Really awesome.

This two day weekend event is a gift from the BAA and its sponsors to the people of Southern California. Admission and parking are free.Nearly 15,000 guests—art lovers, art students, art educators and art professionals—view the latest works of over 175 artists-in-residence and guest artists. They also can learn about the programs and activities of participating major local museums and cultural organizations
