yes i replied. i think you can source a local vendor to make your idea no problem, but in terms of cost id suggest you find a China manufacturer instead. all my contacts are packed away as i am in the process of moving out of my apt so i cant help you find a vendor.
google it though as that should yeild more resources.- I have a friend who sources stuff in China for Gap, Old Navy..I'll give him a call..TheBlueOne
