Elektro - do you know your max heart rate???? no one should be training at more than 85% of that. A beginner, older person or one with a dodgy medical history (eg, high cholesterol, diabetes) should train at 50-60% of their max.
max heart rate = 205.8 − (0.685 × age)
- if you are 20 electro you should be training at least than 164bpm (absolute max training rate)Amicus

- looks like you are training at about 20bpm too high. Add cut the intensity 5-10% and train for 5 minutes longer... you'll gain muscle stamina.Amicus
