Lesnar - It is quite easy to get away with juicing in sports.Those who get caught are the ones who get careless or unlucky ones. Athletes are on carefully timed cycles using short acting esthers, they're not easy to detect. Not to mention the peptides (such as HGH) that are big in sports - as of you yet they are IMPOSSIBLE to detect.
