    fuck's sake England are so predictable. Said when I noticed at lunchtime that the openers were going strong and the text commnetary on the BBC was going on about how it couldn't get better than this, that all would take would be for Oz to get one wicket and the rest of them would fall like skittles.

    At one point, 4/5 years ago, after Hussain's captaincy and early stages of Vaughan's, England seemed to crack their one classic fault (which seems to stretch across most sports), that being that they simply have NO BOTTLE, but they seem to be right back where they were pre ashes win. Give them a bit of crowing, triumphalist commentary and they go back to simply believing hype and not applying themselves like professionals. The aussies must look at them and go "how the fuck did these guys get to do this for money?"
