It's evident when you look at his work he's *thinking* or is at the very least trying to communicate something. Personally, I feel the execution is lacking and the work suffers for it. Unless there's something in the execution that is part of the message, but if that's the case, I'm not getting it - so it's not working. A lot of people are in my boat, so a lot of people will shit on it.
