I can't find the visuals for them right now, but our company did and pitched a few different ones, all part of larger sites and campaigns. 2 examples:
1. For a "Sex & THe City" related promo, there was a "match the Manolos shoe game." basically a random flash generator and if the two shoes revealed matched, there was a prize giveaway, for 30 days.2. For a bridal show campaign, we did a daily trivia, and those who answered all correct would be randomly selected for instant wins.
Hope that's a bit helpful. Still sort fo like slots and bingo, I realize, but different concepts and skins.
