    Only 3 days apart from my bike, anxiety and anger level growing fast... I´m serious thinking i´ll go mad if i don´t exercise this week.

    Ah! And enjoyed a lot this weekend, full of family bbqs, pool swiming, plays with daugthers, chats with my father (he´s getting old fast now...shit) mother and sisters. And this big sun...

    Plans of caravaning for this weekend, wife, 2 daugthers and me... looks nice.
