Freelance for design/print/motion is slow - theres not much money around at the moment to be honest - everyones being really cagey about spending anything on freelancers right now - i know we are - and to be honest if we had to use freelancers, we'd probably only use ones we know - i know that sounds a bit shitty but we just dont have the time for anyone new right now...
Not sure about interactive side of things tho....
