    i was there a few years ago. I wouldn't go back any time soon.
    The only thing that makes it acceptable is the fact that they have Western area, that caters to civilized folks. Of course, prices are teh same as any otehr decent city in the world.

    Most of the city is dirt, poor, construction, etc.
