    Sure they will, ukit. Never count out any party or viewpoint in politics. Especially when it looks like they're down and out. Lots can happen and the Republicans are definitely good at exploiting issues. However, what Jeb Bush said in the article utopian linked above is basically the problem, "I don't think there's any seismic shift. The Democrats have won on tactics." That's a fundamental misread of what just happened. Sure the democrats did get their organizational ship in order for once this time around, and made better use of technology...but it was effective because that technology suited the demographic that is growing, and will continue to grow. The Republicans are in meltdown and have no political philosophical answer to apply to working government right now to address the biggest issues facing the nation. Until they own up to that and reinvent themselves they'll be in the wilderness. If they continue to think it's simply a tactical problem, they're not reading the landscape right.
