    assuming it is real...

    you've decided on ONE concept and gone with it. BAD! in fact we all seem to agree that the concept itself is not brilliant. Get out a sketch pad and draw up at least 20 ideas. One of the will hopefully be really good.

    also, the swirls themselves don't look very refined. You need more practice with the pen tool.

    Also.. what about the name? that's often more important that the actual logo. Heck, many only HAVE type as a logo. The name might pull our minds away from eating live turtles
