    @Point5 yeah part of Apple's success right now is they ditched their shitty old OS and transitioned to a Unix beast with pretty good UI.

    Apple is appealing a lot to developers and unix geeks right now, they like the unix side of the OS and the ability to have Windows, Linux & OS X on a single laptop (thanks to the PPC to Intel transition from few years ago)
