    It is like Gmail, but with your own domains in email addresses. Plus calendar, docs you can share within an organization. You can add email accounts in these domains for your coworkers/employees/family easily.

    You can obviously set up your regular gmail to send from your domain, but it has its drawbacks: very little control over users and aliases and requires forwarding from your old account host anyway.
