  I had one of the best weeks of my life in Köln. This was partly due to being at an amazing event, partly to do with a big bag of skunk, partly to do with some really cool 40's era blues/jazz bars and partly to do with a really great illegal drinking den in the centre of an abandoned industrial estate.

  If you can get those ingredients together... Köln is a great city.
