What to expect?
Most importantly we would like you to have the chance to meet each other. We are assuming that our business friends will get something out of meeting each other and so you get to make some new business friends of your own.
One of our wise business friends suggested that we should ask everyone bringing along one of their business friends and we really like that idea.
So bring yourself but we would also love it if you brought along one of your business friends, the precondition being that you would truly recommend working with this person, as strongly as we would recommend working with you!
To give you some inspiration, here are some examples of the kind of people it would be interesting to add to the mixture:
Qualitative Researchers B2B and B2C, Facilitators with a marketing background, Cultural Change Experts, International and multi-lingual marketers, Experience Design experts, PR Marketing, Employer brand and HRM experts, Pricing ROI, Quantitative strategic consultants, Anthropologists, Imagologist, Management Drivers/ Spiral Dynamics experts, Leadership Experts,...Secondly we have recently started a research initiative on the impact of a company's decision making, strategy and management. Part one of this work focuses on the influence of the founders of the organisation & the original purpose. We will share some first 'prikkelende' output and ideas with you on the night, but we'd also like to hear what you have to say on the topic.
Specifically we would like to gather some additional raw data so we would like you to name a company that you have worked for, where you feel that influence was either really important or surprisingly unimportant!
We would appreciate it if you could let Chantal know directly by June 19th if you're able to attend, and if so please reply to the questions on the bottom of this email.
