It really doesn't matter where you go, to be honest...
I did my BA at Westminster and my MA at St Martins, both were pretty shit. In my oppinion, you never get taught anything at Uni, so choose somewhere where you think you'll be happy... if you happy, you produce good work.
all universities are pretty much a factory now. I've done a bit of guest lecturing at Westminster and Surrey institiute, and they are no different, massive class sizes, not enough computers to go around, and I doubt it is much different anywhere else...
I was lucky that I lived in a house with four other GD's and we kind of taught each other, didn't really go into uni much, and as such we are all better designers I think.
But the best you can do I think is a BA at hyper island, and an MA at the RCA
