Here is the lowdown for everyone else except Kate (because she is not emailing me)... My buddy moved to NYC last November but kept his job in Orange County. Well the whole thing didn't work with him working long distance so... he moved back to Orange County. He cant get rid of the apt until November because of his lease. He now rents an apt in Williamsburg without living in it. He pays the rent and lives like a bum out here until the lease is up. It east 2500 a month. He will rent it to people for 1800 though. Anybody interested?
-My interest rests in helping my buddy out.
