how much of your issue with him is jealousy?
he's hot, he's constantly shagging hot girls... bringing them home, etc.
i'm not sure how any of that really matters.
what i see the real issue being here is nonpayment of rent. in which case i say never mix money and family. you're both adults, you don't need to live together anymore. kick him out and make some other guy put up with his rent non-payment. then the whole girl thing will just be entertaining.
