I did it.
Told my writer partner that I was tired of smile fucking her every morning, and that anything she has to say, say it in an email.
That got me sent to the principal's office rather quickly.He sent me home for the day as a punishment, and just like in high school, I played video games and jerked off twice as much, not learning a single lesson.
When I got back to my desk there was my severance :)
God bless getting fired. I got my money and never had to work with that snail whore again.
