haha thanks jose & flutter!....it poured for about 16 km's of my run..so with a soaking wet backpack and clothing I weighed about 20 pounds heavier by the end of the run :(....so needless to say i am struggling with walking, as my legs are STIFF...but that was my last big run before my race...so i'll just be doing few short ones to close out the month
