i finally got mail to start working again. just moved out of the house so my new internet access is, well, more forgiving then the old system. i've just been using gmail.com up until now, and to be honest i dont think im all that fond of mail anymore. i really like the color coding that gmail has, and like to see all of my emails in my inbox. whereas with mail on osx they are sent to seperate folders via rules.
does anybody know if you can color code or "tag" similar to gmails service?
as for the iphone, i too just use it as a filter or notification device. organizing emails on it doesn't work all that well. hopefully apple will update it in the future.
