Dude, sweet! Sweet, dude! Dude, sweet! etc. Looking great, just a few little issues you could look at if you have time...
I agree with Blofeldt about the image / description thing, the difference in heights makes them look like two seperate things.
When the 3 dropdowns are up the white gap looks odd, as if it's not aligned properly.
The first line of text in the 'Who' dropdown is all crunched for me, is it a pixel font or a system font?
It hasn't got an old-wallpaper style background, current trends require this, and a few more arrows wouldn't go amiss ;)
