  Ah, didn't notice the draggability of the box. Maybe is worth throwing some "drag me somewhere" But again the main problem of that box is that lacks a bit of hierarchy and separation.
  Another thing. why don't do a tabbed nav on the black box with all the Mission, agency etc etc. So you don't need to close and reopen.
  And as well that top left underlined text on the black box seems a link while is not.
