There are a few options - your securest bet is to go for the 'arrow in the slot' connection'. If I were you, I'd pop around your coffee stores, checking out the bands, 'til you find one that doesn't use glue, buy it, then copy it.
I'll have a dig around my templates for you, but it's quite an easy thing to make up yourself!
