I dont think one or the other has MORE of a future. Neither of them is going anywhere, but i think the print end will be a little more stable and set for a while yet. Seems to me web design is still in its infancy... it will take a while longer for wages/fees to stabilize, and for the web design industry in general to become more stable. I'd like to say that if youre good, you'll have a solid future in either, but i do know a few good unemployed web designers at the moment.
