    I don't see the problem...it should be easy to code for all of them if you know HTML and CSS at a basic level.

    Yes, IE has some annoying issues, but solve them once and you're good usually.

    Of course, with the new versions of HTML and CSS on the way, it could get much worse if browsers all have differing implentations of some of the new features.
