there's a drink called the Wonder Beverage at a diner i sometimes go to. It's made with hot water, lemon, honey, cayenne pepper, ginger and cinnamon. Tastes like sweetened tea when you sip, burns like alien's blood when it goes down your throat.
That and zinc lozenges usually do it for me.
