because of the hurry on this project we got started on a brochure/identity update marketing 2 raw space condos supposedly worth 18 million dollars. 3 meetings totalling 6 hours, 2 parking garages. Then we emailed a price estimate, pretty modest, I thought, befitting these times, and haven't heard a word since
- they were willing to even build out one of the raw spaces for 1.5 million if it aided marketing********
- so tired... just want to go back to bed...********
