I spoke to a couple of Afghani's the other week.
They were shopping in the city I live in. They were temporarily studying at the University. They were only here for a month, now they were shopping for things they didn't have in Afghanistan. You know, trinkets, sanitation things, practical stuffs.
We spoke a little and they so friendly and kind. As I was making a movie about beards they said the Quran requires that they wear one - however one of the three didn't like moustaches so he shaves that.
Why the hell are people afraid of other people? FFS. They were kind and friendly and didn't want to blow me or my cameraman up. Later on we saw them walking by in their traditional clothes, on their way to the mosque (nope, no bombings!)
Seriously, some people are so fucking xenophobic of -anybody- who hasn't adopted a western lifestyle. All this right-wing BS here in Europe is making me more and more agitated. Retards.
