if you don't ingest much caffeine at all... drink something w/caffeine...
... if you've had a lot of caffeine today - cold water...
like scarabin - i've had nasty migraines my whole life - if this is a rarity for you - try the 'every now and then methods' like cold water and cloth... a few heavy aspirin...
... or weed.
