  • Not true. It is affordable all over Manhattan. I just found a 2 bedroom in hells kitchen for $1800 a month that was large enough to turn into a 3 bedroom. I also heard Stuy town in the E. village is cheap now, as is the LES. Don't listen to these people, they obviously haven't been looking at rentals lately.bump79
