I like the fact that all my contacts, calenders and mail (mobileme mail only) is synched between my mac, iphone and on the net. also the mobileme mail account is pushed on the iphone.
idisk, sharing, uploading images from the iphone are nice things too.
but it is quite expensive, u can do all of it almost for free with other services google etc
and: mobileme servers are damn slow (yet)
