    crap.. i think i used the word 'hip' in my original post. this may be causing some of the confusion..

    I think I want to live in brooklyn because housing seems to be a better value. I originally thought williamsburg would be a good place, but it looks like its as pricey as everywhere else (even a little more expensive).

    so price aside- wheres the 'up and coming' areas in brooklyn? one more thing to consider is that i will have to commute to soho..

    anyone?

    • south williamsburg get a bike and ride across the bridge and you will be 5 minutes to soho..e-pill
