    DO NOT MOVE TO GREENPOINT!!!!

    the trains there suck!!!! but meh... seems all the tourists who move to nyc seem to love it!!! as a pure new yorker i say no to greenpoint...
    move to williamsburg.. or go deep in brooklyn...

    i suggest you find an apt thru a broker...
